2026-07-03 (hop #5, T+~2h after hop #4) — REVERSAL to chirag127

• Source: oriz-labs (12 repos)
• Target: chirag127 (12 repos, keeping short names)
• Rationale: Aesthetic reversal. User realized personal work should carry personal namespace even at friction cost. Prior 12-question grill locked oriz-labs; T+2h grill locked reversal. Both grills documented.
• Freeze-rule override: ONE-TIME override of org-layout-freeze-2026-07-03 (which itself was 20 min old). Approved via grill-me on 2026-07-03. Documented per no-org-migration-without-grill-and-queue rule.
• Blockers resolved before executing:
  • Short names preserved (mmi-api, janaushdhi-app, ncert-app stay on chirag127 with these names)
  • oriz-labs NOT deleted — stays empty as namespace-squat defense; README added signaling intentional-empty
  • userscripts URLs rewritten a 4th time (versions bumped to .3); install page regenerated
  • .gitmodules submodule URLs updated; git submodule sync --recursive ran
• Consequences flagged:
  • SSL failures on api.oriz.in + market-mood-index.api.oriz.in from hop #4 remain unresolved; hop #5 may or may not fix them
  • Any Tampermonkey user who clicked install between hop #4 and hop #5 (last 20 min) has stale oriz-labs URLs installed; they'll auto-update on next check because we bumped patch versions
  • jsDelivr caches for oriz-labs/* will 404 for their cache TTL (typically 7 days) — expect broken 3rd-party embeds during that window
• Next lock: 6-month freeze restarts from 2026-07-03. Next org-shape change requires:
  1. Emergency grill-me (not standard grill)
  2. Queue entry at top of this file
  3. Explicit rebuttal of the "namespace-thrash" cost that killed prior hops

One-time override justified as: aesthetic decision surfaced BEFORE hop #4's damage had settled (SSL propagation, jsDelivr cache expiry) — reversing within the same session compounds less rot than reversing in 6 weeks. Rule stays intact.

Anti-patterns going forward

• ❌ Interpret this queue entry as "reversals are cheap." They aren't. 4 URL rewrites of userscripts in one session = 4× version bumps + 4× install-page churn.
• ❌ Recreate oriz-org (the deleted one) or a NEW similar org for future work; oriz-labs is reserved.
• ❌ Skip the queue entry on a future migration. Rule fires unconditionally.
